Here is all the General Question that can help you, or at least give you a quick answer.

Q: How long it take to have a services activated;

A: Depending of what type of services are you talking about, it may take up to 72hours to have the services delyvery (dedicated server) - all the order are verified to prevent any fraudulent payment.

Q: How long are backups kept?

Each backup are keept during 60days for Shared/Reseller/DDos services, for the VPS you have the capability of doing 5 times a complete backup of your system and it will be availaible during your activation period, its will allow you to restor your setup/data if you have a crash system - it's not automaticly you need to do it trough your vePortal client access. For the Dedicated, we'll plan to add this feature soon.                        

Q: How are they accessible?                         

The Backup for the shared/reseller/ddos services can be accessible as a .tar.gz and can be downloaded trough your url - if needed we can move that backup to one of our VPS to have more accessibility without any fee. For the VPS the backup are stocked true 1 off our server, can only be accessible over the vePortal module.

Q: How long do roll-backs take?

Depending of the size of your website, we always launch a backup of your website everyday at 3AM, it can take max 1hours to have a complete backup done.for the VPS it's pretty instant as well.
